About the role
- Carrying out and reviewing all nursing tasks
- Planning, managing and reviewing nursing care, including full documentation of all measures
- Developing a resident-centered care and living culture, particularly for people with dementia
- Active participation in care-level management and contributing to efficient processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse or as a health and nursing care professional
- Further qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Experience working with elderly and dependent people
- Empathetic approach and resilience in challenging situations
- Independent, goal-oriented work style with high motivation
