About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for coordination of renovation and new construction projects
- Consulting with vendors
- Tracking, coordinating, and staging orders for product and installation
- Consistently partners with the sales, customers, merchandising and vendors
- Provides specifications and quotes required for renovation or construction projects
- Coordinates staged product deliveries and project installations including problem resolution
- Relays key pricing factors to the vendor for special orders
- Assists with product selection and generates quotes
- Creates quote presentations for the sales representatives
- Maintains consistent and accurate project status updates
- May conduct sourcing for vendors outside of the standard catalog vendors to fulfill client needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
- Reliable transportation to our office in Santee, CA
- Data Entry/Order Entry Experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Phone Etiquette
- Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office
- SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge a PLUS; not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
