Outside Sales Account Representative, Multi-Family

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales goals
- Prospecting new accounts and retaining existing accounts
- Increasing opportunities with existing customers
- Develop and implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 or more years business to business (B2B) field sales experience
- Direct sales to Multi-family communities and facilities maintenance customers
- Knowledge of handheld technology
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
