About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for achieving annual sales and profitability targets via sales penetration in their assigned territory.
- Responsible for continuing project management and coordination between internal and external customers.
- This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Renovation or multi-family redevelopment experience is a plus!
- Construction or project management experience is a plus!
- 5+ years or more years business to business (B2B) field sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM program and Salesforce CPQ or comparable online bidding tools preferred.
- Working knowledge of Office Suite programs.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Highly motivated and goal‑oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and customer needs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, partnering effectively with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
