Key responsibilities & impact

Provides technical expertise to develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure, hardware, and system software components for mid- to large-sized projects.
Ensures the performance and reliability of all services meet or exceed the needs of the business.
Provides tier three engineering support across the enterprise, including providing support and resolution on customer issues.
Configures and maintains applicable systems and assists with performing daily tasks, such as database backups and configuration management database updates.
Interacts with customers and architects to define system requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Recommends needed production capacity to meet changing business demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of infrastructure engineering or related experience
Knowledge of emerging hardware and software technologies
