About the role
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Development Center
- Equipping newly hired sales professionals with necessary knowledge and skills
- Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and resources for salespeople
- Lead, mentor, and motivate newly hired inside sales associates
- Implement KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement
- Identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans
- Provide regular reports on performance to senior management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales and operations
- Experience in hiring, managing, and training inside sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM or related software
