- Drive continuous improvement through innovation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading Sales Enablement teams
- Proven success building and executing enablement strategies
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset
- Skilled communicator and presenter
- Experience driving process automation, technology adoption, and customer experience improvements
- Experience in distribution, industrial, or MRO industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
