About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join us as we expand our online counseling platform. You provide the clinical expertise, and we take care of everything else.
Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide medication management services for clients as appropriate.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, and current state licensure.
Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions.
