Requirements

Delivers quality nursing care to meet health, physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients
Plans and provides individualized comfort measures
Assesses patient condition and status by interviewing patient and performing physical examination
Reviews medical history and records ahead of testing
Facilitates communication of information to health team members
Assists patients and families in understanding current diagnostic exams and alternatives
Provides information and interpretation of patient's condition
Formulates and documents discharge plan
Collaborates with radiologist and modality staff regarding patient needs
