About the role
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical workflows in a fast-paced outpatient specialty practice
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, supporting front desk operations, scheduling, and patient check-in
- Coordinate surgical procedures, communicate with providers and patients, and manage scheduling logistics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or At least 2 years of direct patient care experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of medical scheduling, surgical scheduling, or healthcare administrative experience
