About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Effectively communicate and promote HC3's brand in the marketplace.
- Execute the inside sales process to cross-sell and upsell current clients as well as generate leads with smaller non-target businesses.
- Meet annual revenue goals and key performance metrics.
- Use the Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology to understand the progress prospects are seeking.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and HC3 products and solutions.
- Travel for conferences and presentations.
- Provide cold call lead generation support for the Business Development team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of professional sales experience in financial services, core, or fintech
- Computer skills required
- Able to conduct on-site meetings during prospect business hours
- Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
