About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You advise and support our customers regarding our products, prices and service offerings competently, independently and with enthusiasm

- You ensure that customer master data in the system are always kept up to date
- You coordinate process workflows and keep an eye on systems and interfaces
- You review and handle complaints and invoice inquiries with attention to detail
- You contribute to optimizing our processes and systems by asking critical questions and sharing your ideas and suggestions
