About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical leadership in the design and development of customized sensor solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in finite element analysis
  • Develop and review advanced mechanical designs
  • Partner with customers to translate requirements into product solutions
  • Lead technical trade studies and design reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s or PhD strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical product development
  • Expertise in stress analysis and finite element modeling
  • Extensive experience with FEA tools (Creo Simulate preferred)
  • Proven track record in leading complex programs
  • Experience designing for robotics or automation preferred
  • Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
