About the role

  • Further development of our real-time analysis software and data processing
  • Implementation and optimization of algorithms, e.g. for signal processing
  • Translating customer requirements into customer-centric solutions
  • Close collaboration with Application Engineering on complex testing tasks; joint troubleshooting using real production data
  • Integration into production: sensor/DAQ connectivity, reliable communication with backend services (e.g., REST/gRPC, message bus)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of digital signal processing and acoustics
  • Proficient in C++
  • Solid foundations in software development methodologies
  • Experience with real-time programming (e.g., multithreading)
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Responsible and secure use of AI tools within the development process
  • Nice-to-have: Experience deploying AI agents, both product-related and within the development process
  • Experience with interfaces (e.g., REST/gRPC)
  • Practical experience with DevOps, Git/GitHub, CI/CD
  • Practical experience with edge-to-cloud architectures, event streaming, messaging, and observability
