About the role
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Prospect to identify new potential markets among existing clients or new players
- Analyze client needs and build the best technical and financial offer
- Present and demonstrate the added value of your solution to clients
- Track opportunities and ensure their progression toward successful closure
- Negotiate deals from technical, financial, and legal perspectives
- Manage accounts in Key Account mode using tools like “Miller Heiman.”
- Participate in marketing campaigns and exhibitions
- Coordinate with project teams for customized solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5 years in business development, sales management, or senior sales engineering positions in relevant industries
- Proven track record of identification, evaluation, and commercialization of new business opportunities
- Knowledge in Key Account mode; B2B sales experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license & the ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Travel, up to 30-40%.
