Accountant

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices under tight monthly deadlines with detailed billing and compliance requirements
• Enter and maintain billing terms, contract amendments, and subconsultant invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Work closely with Project Managers of varying experience levels to review draft invoices, supporting documentation, and backup reports
• Identify and resolve billing issues independently ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Submit invoices through client portals and billing systems, track approvals and rejections, and manage revisions as needed
• Coordinate with subconsultants to review invoices for contractual compliance, accuracy, and client-specific requirements
• Perform accounts receivable review and assist with collection efforts in coordination with project teams
• Open, maintain, and close projects in Deltek Vantagepoint in alignment with contract terms and internal controls
