About the role
- Personally lead enterprise-level sales engagements with large school districts, states, and healthcare systems.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and close high-value, multi-year contracts.
- Negotiate complex agreements that align with Hazel’s mission and business objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities with clear visibility across the sales cycle.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership team.
- Leverage CRM tools to track progress, identify risks, and ensure consistent deal advancement.
- Engage senior-level decision makers, including superintendents, state education leaders, and healthcare executives.
- Establish credibility and trusted advisor relationships with enterprise prospects.
- Collaborate with Hazel’s client success and partnerships teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term partner satisfaction.
- Represent Hazel Health at industry events and conferences to elevate visibility and build a strong network of enterprise prospects.
- Facilitate proposals for speaking engagements and hosted sessions to position Hazel as a leader in school-based healthcare.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Experience selling into large school districts, state education agencies, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust pipeline with accountability to revenue goals.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior-level decision makers.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions with partner needs and organizational goals.
- Advanced degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
- Travel 75%+
