Overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end administrative and operational processes for managing SOWs within the VMS
Serve as a trusted advisor to client managers and key stakeholders
Act as the subject matter expert for SOW processes and policies
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers
Maximize VMS capabilities to deliver results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3–5 years of MSP experience (SOW expertise)
Proficiency with VMS platforms (Beeline preferred)
Background in procurement and tactical sourcing
