About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and operations roles across the client’s business
Meet agreed SLAs and deliver a consistently strong candidate experience at every stage
Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance within the ATS
Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers — providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations
Partner with Sourcers and Coordinators, ensuring they have the right information to support each stage of the process effectively
Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle, managing expectations and flagging risks early

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency setting
Bilingual in English and French languages
Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector is preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with ATS platforms — SuccessFactors preferred — and sourcing tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
