Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years working in MSP or workforce solutions
Familiarity with VMS/ATS platforms
Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream projects
Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management capabilities
Skilled at navigating expectations, deliverables, and timelines across diverse stakeholders
Clear communicator able to translate between technical and business audiences
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
