About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of customized workforce solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope
  • Oversee deployment of Hays’ proprietary technology and integrated third-party systems
  • Facilitate testing, oversee issue resolution, and ensure systems meet performance expectations

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in MSP or workforce solutions
  • Familiarity with VMS/ATS platforms
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream projects
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management capabilities
  • Skilled at navigating expectations, deliverables, and timelines across diverse stakeholders
  • Clear communicator able to translate between technical and business audiences
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
