About the role

  • Be bold and curious – identify and pursue new business opportunities, push beyond the obvious, and experiment with fresh approaches to expand the client portfolio.
  • Own the outcomes – establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, negotiate B2B contracts with integrity, and see initiatives through to delivery.
  • Be better together – collaborate with the HAYS delivery team, share knowledge, and represent the organization at networking events to build stronger connections.
  • Champion the customer – understand client needs, align solutions, and proactively drive value through cross-selling and strategic engagement.
  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the MSP program across manufacturing facilities and professional business areas.
  • Oversee VOP teams and onsite supplier representatives to ensure smooth coordination at manufacturing sites.
  • Maintain strong relationships with staffing suppliers, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and program expectations.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in MSP operations, contingent workforce programs, staffing, or manufacturing workforce support.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or light‑industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of VOP models and onsite workforce management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience supporting hiring managers and suppliers.
  • Proficiency with VMS tools such as Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Workday/VNDLY, or similar.
