About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide responsive Tier I and Tier II technical support across hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices
- Serve as the primary administrator for SharePoint Online, managing sites, content, permissions, and workflows
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and related systems administration
- Provide end-user training for SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Track issues, resolutions, and improvements in our internal systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- A current Microsoft SharePoint Certification is required.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Networking protocols knowledge
