About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide responsive Tier I and Tier II technical support across hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices.
- Serve as the primary administrator for SharePoint Online, managing sites, content, permissions, and workflows.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and related systems administration; support security and compliance protocols.
- Provide end-user training for SharePoint and Microsoft 365, develop clear documentation and SOPs.
- Track issues, resolutions, and improvements in internal systems for efficiency and future reference.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software, experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and networking protocols.
- Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users and ensure clear communication.
- Enjoy identifying and solving problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- A service-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help users and improve their tech experience.
- A current Microsoft SharePoint Certification is required.
