Requirements

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or something similar—or commensurate experience
Previous property management accounting experience? Even better!
A firm grasp of accounting principles and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software (bonus points for Yardi or MRI)
Comfort in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working with people at all levels
A positive, can-do attitude and a love of clean ledgers.
