About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in hardware field service, technical implementation, broadcast technology, sports tech, or a similar environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across camera systems, servers, compute hardware, networking equipment, power systems, and cabling.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead onsite technical work with limited supervision.
  • Experience using remote diagnostics, logs, and monitoring tools.
