About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the voice of broadcast operators, directors, and the business;
Define and coordinate QC activities, lead defect detection and investigations;
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Video Infrastructure, QA, TechOps, and UI/UX teams;
Create and maintain documentation, technical runbooks, and training materials;
Build your capabilities across the full product lifecycle with coaching from senior POs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in a product-related role
Strong technical grounding with the ability to communicate effectively with software engineers, QA, and media operators
Proven experience coordinating QC/regression testing and managing defect resolution
Basic understanding or experience working with video streaming, capture technology, media formats, or data-oriented products
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
