About the role

  • own the entire revenue lifecycle—from collections and ancillary income to home pricing, lender partnerships, and rent increase execution
  • monitor portfolio financial performance, uncover opportunities for optimization, and execute initiatives that boost NOI and operational efficiency
  • establish and enforce collections standards that ensure compliance with all state and local landlord-tenant laws
  • oversee eviction workflows with precision, minimizing revenue leakage while maintaining legal and ethical standards
  • identify and launch new, scalable ancillary revenue streams that align with our business model and regulatory requirements
  • build and maintain robust reporting and analytics for all revenue functions, turning data into actionable strategies
  • use predictive analytics to forecast risks, prioritize initiatives, and guide strategic revenue planning

Requirements

  • proven expertise in collections, rent enforcement, and legal workflows
  • deep knowledge of manufactured housing regulations, multi-state landlord-tenant laws, and fair housing compliance is preferred, but not required
  • strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and using data to drive decisions
  • exceptional leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to build and scale systems across large portfolios
  • a strategic mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering measurable results
