About the role
- Assist with planning and coordinating community events, activities, and projects
- Handle routine office work and administrative duties for the community
- Cultivate resident satisfaction and address resident issues with care and urgency
- Understand when to involve the Community Manager in resident issues and assist as directed
- Plan and execute community events as directed by the Community Manager
- Prepare bills and statements for approval and ensure timely rent collection
- Complete all legal actions and notices required in compliance with State and Fair Housing Standards
- Assist in preparing or coordinating documents for new move-ins or lease renewals
- Manage work orders to ensure rental work orders are completed within 48 hours of receipt
- Ensure homes are ready to be occupied within Havenpark expectations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management
- Ability to spend long hours sitting while using office equipment (computers)
- Ability to walk within the community and occasionally lift materials and supplies
- Annual or semi-annual travel may be required
