About the role
- Assist with planning and coordinating community events, activities, and projects
- Handle routine office work and administrative duties for the community
- Cultivate resident satisfaction and address resident issues with care and urgency
- Plan and execute community events as directed by the Community Manager
- Prepare bills and statements for approval by the Community Manager
- Ensure all rent is collected on-time
- Complete all legal action and notices required in compliance with State and Fair Housing Standards
- Assist ensuring homes are ready to be occupied and prepare/coordinate documents for move-ins or lease renewals
- Manage work orders to ensure rental work orders are completed within 48 hours of receipt
- Annual or semi-annual travel may be required
Requirements
- You have a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management
- Ability to spend long hours sitting while using office equipment, such as computers
- Ability to walk within the community and lift materials and supplies from time to time
- Annual or semi-annual travel may be required
