About the role

  • Assist with planning and coordinating community events, activities, and projects
  • Handle routine office work and administrative duties for the community
  • Cultivate resident satisfaction and address resident issues with care and urgency
  • Plan and execute community events as directed by the Community Manager
  • Prepare bills and statements for approval by the Community Manager
  • Ensure all rent is collected on-time
  • Complete all legal action and notices required in compliance with State and Fair Housing Standards
  • Assist ensuring homes are ready to be occupied and prepare/coordinate documents for move-ins or lease renewals
  • Manage work orders to ensure rental work orders are completed within 48 hours of receipt
  • Annual or semi-annual travel may be required

Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management
  • Ability to spend long hours sitting while using office equipment, such as computers
  • Ability to walk within the community and lift materials and supplies from time to time
  • Annual or semi-annual travel may be required
