About the role

  • Build and own AI-driven product experiences across our ecosystem, including defining AI behavior, evaluating output quality, and iterating based on real customer impact.
  • Leverage the emerging AI toolbelt to rapidly build, test, and deploy features across our iOS app and our portfolio of eCommerce sites.
  • Work as a strategic partner to Product Managers. You help define requirements based on what’s technically possible.
  • Use AI-augmented discovery to identify bottlenecks in codebases and implement fixes.
  • Design and maintain high-traffic systems that power 6+ brands.
  • Act as a pioneer for AI-first development and mentor the team.

Requirements

  • Solid experience building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications.
  • A proven track record of using AI tools to accelerate your output and solve problems outside your "comfort zone" of mobile development.
  • Strong fundamentals in software architecture. You understand how mobile apps, APIs, and web frontends interact at a fundamental level.
  • The ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical partners and lead cross-functional initiatives.
