About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Havas Creative Network Global Growth team in driving business growth and delivery against global KPIs
Support global, multi-market and multi-capability pitches
Help deliver growth initiatives for Havas Creative Network agencies
Maintain global new business processes and best practices
Connect with and support local markets through knowledge sharing
Prepare accurate pipeline and performance reports for leadership and support training and ELT decks
Help local teams connect with agencies and resources for pitches
Manage requests for pitch insights and information
Build pitch materials such as RFI documents and credentials decks
Maintain the Global Case Study library on SharePoint
Create and update the Global Agencies Book and Agency Snapshots
Share examples of great work and best practices across internal platforms
Support regular growth activity reporting, Hotsheets and pipeline reports
Monitor industry news, upcoming pitch opportunities and changes in key brand contacts
Maintain and share toolkits, handbooks and guidelines
Support AI tools and agents that improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing
Contribute to a collaborative Global Growth community
Work closely with senior global stakeholders and Strategic, Creative and Business pitch leads throughout the placement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information and working with senior leaders

Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and contributing to high-level conversations
Ability to support pitch processes, reporting, knowledge sharing and growth initiatives
Ability to use or learn internal systems, tools and reporting platforms such as SharePoint and trackers
