About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality
- Review requirement specifications and provide timely, meaningful feedback
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to clarify requirements and align on testing goals
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with WEB and API testing is a must
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of client–server architecture and HTTP principles
- Up-to-date knowledge of SQL for data validation and test data preparation
- Familiarity with non-functional testing concepts
- Practical experience with test automation (Python / Pytest)
- Experience in non-functional testing (performance, security, load testing)
- Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure also suitable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Russian language is a plus.
