Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for a portfolio of 8-10 properties
Conduct regular property visits and audits to ensure service excellence
Monitor KPIs and partner with GMs to develop operational strategies
Oversee P&L performance and collaborate on revenue strategies
Manage and mentor a team of General Managers for talent development
Serve as liaison between property leadership and corporate stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
At least 3 years as a General Manager of a full-service hotel
Demonstrated track record of driving operational and financial results
Experience overseeing multiple properties across a wide geographic footprint
Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L and budgeting
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel extensively across assigned portfolio
Experience with MEWS, Revinate, Toast, Craftable preferred
