About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary marketing partner for an assigned portfolio of Gravity Haus properties
- Build strong relationships with General Managers and on-site leadership teams to understand business priorities and marketing needs
- Lead bi-weekly marketing reviews with property teams to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and align on upcoming initiatives
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans to support occupancy, food & beverage revenue, memberships, events, and other property goals
- Own day-to-day organic social media strategy and execution across assigned properties
- Manage local content creators and social media contractors
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and performance metrics, adjusting strategy as needed
- Manage influencer partnerships from outreach through execution and performance reporting
- Own execution of property-level and portfolio-wide email marketing initiatives; develop and deploy monthly property communications and seasonal booking campaigns
- Support integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, local print advertisers, website content, partnerships, and on-property marketing channels
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and present insights during property reviews and team meetings
- Ensure consistent execution of Gravity Haus brand standards across all assigned properties and marketing channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, consumer, or multi-location brands
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders, clients, or operational stakeholders
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience managing influencer relationships, content creators, agencies, or external vendors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media management tools, and marketing analytics
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills
- Hospitality, hotel, membership, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
- Ability to work within Mountain or Pacific Time Zones preferred
