About the role
- Expand prospect database through phone and email outreach and host/organize events
- Meet with prospective members, conduct tours, and facilitate application and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Member Success to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Execute inside/outside sales initiatives and manage monthly/quarterly/annual membership sales goals
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, track progress, and deliver accurate forecasts
- Support retention via renewals, referrals, churn reduction strategies, and work with Member Success
- Promote and oversee member events, programming, and activations to generate leads and drive conversions
- Collaborate with Events, Partnerships & Marketing to develop campaigns and promotional initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle memberships, or related industries
- Proven sales success with ability to prospect, forecast, and consistently achieve or exceed membership sales goals
- CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) and strong organizational skills; experience tracking KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, retention)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Creative and strategic thinker able to design and implement plans to attract, engage, and retain members
- Adaptable team player who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and solves problems proactively
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with sales analytics experience
- Events experience preferred
