About the role
- Work with engineering, data science, sales, design, marketing, and customer success to develop a product roadmap
- Perform customer discovery to uncover customer needs
- Coach, mentor, and hire a team of product managers
- Develop systems for tracking performance and measuring success
- Define processes to improve the operational efficiency of our development teams
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with statistics
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager, or equivalent similar experience building data science tools
- 2+ years managing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, economics, engineering, physics, or statistics.
- Experience in marketing analytics
