About the role
- Manage a portfolio of 9 properties, ensuring revenue goals are met and exceeded
- Develop, implement, and adjust pricing and inventory strategies across multiple properties
- Utilize Duetto RMS to control rate strategy, run pace and pickup reports, and pull data-driven insights
- Submit data regularly to benchmarking platforms such as CoStar and Destimetrics
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize positioning
- Collaborate on a regular basis with distribution channel contacts for consistent optimization of channel production
- Manage and build rate structures, packages, and promotional offers
- Oversee OTA channels and distribution systems to maximize visibility and conversion
- Ensure data integrity (parity) across PMS, CRS, and RMS systems
- Create, maintain, and analyze detailed reports and dashboards to identify performance opportunities
- Meet weekly with General Managers to review performance, share insights, and align on strategy
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue streams and ensure consistent brand positioning
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably in boutique or resort hotels
- Preferred multi-property experience
- Proficiency with RMS systems (Duetto preferred), PMS (Mews preferred), CRS, and OTA platforms
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both leadership and property teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
