About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of 9 properties, ensuring revenue goals are met and exceeded
  • Develop, implement, and adjust pricing and inventory strategies across multiple properties
  • Utilize Duetto RMS to control rate strategy, run pace and pickup reports, and pull data-driven insights
  • Submit data regularly to benchmarking platforms such as CoStar and Destimetrics
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to optimize positioning
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with distribution channel contacts for consistent optimization of channel production
  • Manage and build rate structures, packages, and promotional offers
  • Oversee OTA channels and distribution systems to maximize visibility and conversion
  • Ensure data integrity (parity) across PMS, CRS, and RMS systems
  • Create, maintain, and analyze detailed reports and dashboards to identify performance opportunities
  • Meet weekly with General Managers to review performance, share insights, and align on strategy
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue streams and ensure consistent brand positioning
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably in boutique or resort hotels
  • Preferred multi-property experience
  • Proficiency with RMS systems (Duetto preferred), PMS (Mews preferred), CRS, and OTA platforms
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both leadership and property teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
