About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape how components behave, scale, and hold up across a robust design system
- Define interaction logic, accessibility standards, and cross-platform rules
- Report to the Creative Director and collaborate closely with UI Designers, engineers, and internal client stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of UX design experience with design systems or component-based design
- Familiarity with common commerce and account UX patterns, including checkout, account management, forms, error states, confirmation flows, etc.
- Strong Figma skills, including experience with components, variants, and auto layout
- A solid understanding of accessibility standards and how to apply them to components
- Experience working in a sprint-based environment (using Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- A collaborative mindset to work alongside Creative Directors and UI Designers
