About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain high-fidelity UI components in Figma leveraging best practices: auto layout, variants, components, etc.
- Manage and update design token architecture to support seamless theming and platform scaling
- Organize and maintain icon libraries, illustration sets, and other shared visual assets
- Support accessibility checks on components, particularly around color contrast, legibility and visual hierarchy
- Draft release notes and change logs summarizing what's new, changed, or deprecated with each system update
- Support visual QA of engineering implementations against Figma source files
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of user interface design experience with deep understanding of component libraries and design systems
- Expert-level Figma skills, including auto layout, variants, components and tokens
- Strong visual design fundamentals in typography, color, spacing, and layout
- Familiarity with design token architecture and how tokens map across themes and platforms
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (contrast ratios, touch target sizing)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
