About the role
- Own logistics for tradeshows and regional events (booths, swag, hotels, shipping, on-site setup)
- Ensure sales teams are prepared and supported at events
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver consistent, professional event experiences
- Travel to several key industry events annually
- Support planning and management of the annual tradeshow calendar and budget
- Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline influenced by events
- Partner with Sales and Demand Gen on post-event follow-up and reporting
- Help identify which events perform best and where to focus future spend
- Assist in launching regional meetups and early user events
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience in field marketing, events, or B2B marketing
- Experience supporting tradeshows and regional events
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with HubSpot and project management tools
- Willingness to travel ~10–15%
