About the role

  • Own logistics for tradeshows and regional events (booths, swag, hotels, shipping, on-site setup)
  • Ensure sales teams are prepared and supported at events
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver consistent, professional event experiences
  • Travel to several key industry events annually
  • Support planning and management of the annual tradeshow calendar and budget
  • Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline influenced by events
  • Partner with Sales and Demand Gen on post-event follow-up and reporting
  • Help identify which events perform best and where to focus future spend
  • Assist in launching regional meetups and early user events

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in field marketing, events, or B2B marketing
  • Experience supporting tradeshows and regional events
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and project management tools
  • Willingness to travel ~10–15%
