Maintain ATS (Ashby) accuracy and share insights to shape hiring activity, policies, and compliance.
Bring fresh ideas, experiment, and shape best practices within the recruiting team.
Requirements
4+ years Hands-on experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
A track record of proactively finding and attracting top candidates—you love the hunt.
A results-driven mindset with strong critical thinking, creativity, and flexibility when things get messy (they will, it’s a startup!).
Excellent time and task management—you can juggle priorities, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
