Business Systems Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help shape and support the business systems that power our organization
- Support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of business systems
- Gather and document requirements, maintain business rules and system configurations
- Coordinate system enhancements and support solutions that improve operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand business needs
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to support solution design
- Create workflow diagrams, process documentation, specifications, and other supporting materials
- Manage system changes, enhancements, updates, and configurations
- Assist in evaluating solution options and facilitate communication between business partners
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting, administering, configuring, or enhancing business systems and applications
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
- Ability to create clear, concise documentation, workflow diagrams, process maps, and specifications
- Understanding of software development, testing, implementation, and support processes
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate activities, manage priorities, and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with business applications, system configurations, or business process workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
