About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive continuous improvement across digital customer journeys for claims
- Own accountability for product/service improvement and agreed customer and commercial outcomes
- Develop data-led insight to support product decisions
- Translate customer insight into cross-functional solutions
- Lead research with customers, colleagues and third parties
- Prioritise the product backlog
- Assess the competitive landscape and wider market factors
- Articulate product performance influences to the wider business
- Facilitate debate and challenge around risks
- Ensure internal governance and regulatory requirements are met
- Own the Claims Digital Estate, including brochureware, FAQs, and help and support content
- Contribute to the wider Digital Contact Strategy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service outcomes and deliver cost savings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience developing and delivering product strategy
- UX and service design capability
- Experience managing in-life digital products/services
- Strong understanding of optimisation and continuous improvement
- Previous ownership of long-term roadmaps
- Experience embedding a product/service-led culture in customer-centric organisations
- Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Ability to identify patterns and drive actionable insight
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems
- Ability to improve service outcomes and deliver cost savings
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Must be able to satisfy credit and criminal record checks
