Key responsibilities & impact

Driving end to end transformation that delivers real impact faster, smarter and sustainably
Leading cross functional teams, turning strategy into action and embedding lasting change across Hastings Direct
Championing a test-and-learn culture, taking proportionate risks and refining solutions based on insight, performance and customer feedback
Leveraging digital and technology tools and platforms to enable scalable and efficient transformation
Defining and shaping business requirements and success measures in partnership with Operational, Commercial and Supplier teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in delivering operational transformation, process improvements or change initiatives within insurance
Proven experience in scoping and delivering large technology enabled/digital and commercial programmes of work end to end
Background in portfolio shaping including prioritisation, sequencing and linking strategic big bets to actionable delivery plans
Demonstrable experience in building and presenting business cases independently with clear benefits and ROI modelling
Experience in leading and delivering multiple types of transformation plans aligned to strategic priorities
