About the role
- Develop a complete understanding of internal and supplier claims processes and the impact of inefficient processes
- Design and develop relevant, effective audit approaches
- Deliver independent, balanced and accurate/evidenced audit reporting
- Manage relationships with senior supplier personnel to ensure scoping, attendance, agendas and feedback
- Identify areas for indemnity savings, strengths and areas for development and provide focused solutions
- Complete and apply root cause analysis, including assessment of systems, controls and complaints
- Conduct both on-site and remote risk-based audits
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure claims processes remain efficient, compliant and customer focused
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience developing understanding of internal and supplier claims processes, new commercial initiatives and best practice
- Experience designing and developing audit approaches and delivering independent, balanced and accurate/evidenced reporting
- Experience managing relationships with senior personnel within suppliers (scoping, attendance, agendas, feedback)
- Experience identifying areas for indemnity savings and providing focused solutions
- Experience completing root cause analysis, including assessment of systems, controls and complaints
- Experience completing both on-site and remote risk-based audits
- Extensive motor claims knowledge and/or motor and home claims experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret MI and identify areas of risk and opportunity
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to challenge appropriately
- Right to work in the UK (candidates requiring sponsorship cannot be progressed)
- Ability to work hybrid from Leicester, London or Bexhill locations
