Commercial Manager – Home Claims

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivering the execution of our commercial and trading strategy
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver targets
- Supporting the delivery of Home Claims strategy to maximise outcomes
- Driving data led performance improvement opportunities
- Managing contractual relationships with external suppliers
- Managing risk and business continuity, developing appropriate strategies
- Owning the commercial performance of a key component of Home Claims
- Identifying trading performance improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience of delivering commercial initiatives across a busy Home Claims function
- Strong demonstrable commercial aptitude combined with analytical capability
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
