About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be part of a supportive, collaborative Technology Engineering team within CIO
- Contribute to designing, implementing and maintaining effective test scenarios that ensure high‐quality, reliable outcomes
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines within your Scrum team
- Take an active role in sprint ceremonies (Daily stand‐ups, Sprint planning, Sprint retrospectives)
- Follow good engineering practices (definition of ready, definition of done)
- Engage with requirements, ask questions and constructively challenge anything unclear
Requirements
What you’ll need- Early in your career (recent graduate, completed bootcamp, or looking to move into tech)
- Familiarity with at least one coding language (Java, JavaScript, Typescript, C#, Python)
- Understanding of source control and collaborating in GitHub
- Basic SQL skills (e.g., creating, searching or manipulating data)
- Curiosity about user interface automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is great but not required
- Curiosity about APIs and tools (Postman) is also great but not required
- Curiosity about continuous integration platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins) is also great but not required
