Workday Reporting Analyst – HR, Finance
Hastings DirectWorkday Reporting Analyst providing reporting support across Workday HCM and Finance. Develop and maintain reporting suite to aid HR and Finance decision-making.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide reporting support across Workday HCM and Workday Finance
- Help HR, Finance and leaders make informed decisions using accurate and timely data
- Develop, maintain and improve the Workday reporting suite
- Produce MI that supports workforce planning, financial insight and operational decision-making
- Balance day-to-day reporting support alongside project and improvement work
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting is consistent, trusted and easy to use
- Improve data quality and reduce the need for manual reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on experience building reports in Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management
- Proven ability to design and deliver advanced Workday reports, including complex calculated fields and data from multiple Workday sources
- Experience supporting reporting in a complex organisation
- Strong PowerBI and Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or experience building AI tools from Workday sources is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain and translate complex data clearly and confidently.
