About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide reporting support across Workday HCM and Workday Finance
Help HR, Finance and leaders make informed decisions using accurate and timely data
Develop, maintain and improve the Workday reporting suite
Produce MI that supports workforce planning, financial insight and operational decision-making
Balance day-to-day reporting support alongside project and improvement work
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting is consistent, trusted and easy to use
Improve data quality and reduce the need for manual reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience building reports in Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management
Proven ability to design and deliver advanced Workday reports, including complex calculated fields and data from multiple Workday sources
Experience supporting reporting in a complex organisation
Strong PowerBI and Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or experience building AI tools from Workday sources is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain and translate complex data clearly and confidently.
