Providing practical risk advice and challenge on BAU activity, projects and change initiatives
Helping embed good customer outcomes into decision-making and culture

Experience in technical risk management within UK financial services
Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, particularly underwriting and pricing practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Confidence to challenge appropriately and supportively at all levels
