About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and teams across the business
- Supporting stakeholders to confidently manage underwriting and pricing risks
- Providing practical risk advice and challenge on BAU activity, projects and change initiatives
- Helping embed good customer outcomes into decision-making and culture
- Coaching and supporting colleagues to build underwriting and pricing risk management capability and confidence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in technical risk management within UK financial services
- Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, particularly underwriting and pricing practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with strong judgement
- Confidence to challenge appropriately and supportively at all levels
