About the role

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and teams across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical risk management within UK financial services
  • Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, particularly underwriting and pricing practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A pragmatic, solutions -focused mindset with strong judgement
  • Confidence to challenge appropriately and supportively at all levels.
